No material or information of any nature whatsoever contained in the website or otherwise communicated to the buyer, other than these conditions shall form part of the conditions governing the contract.

Nothing contained in the website constitutes an offer and Playmini Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or revise the website and any other material at anytime prior to their acceptance of the buyer’s order.

PLaymini Ltd shall not be liable for any advice given by its agents or employees to the purchaser as to the application or use of the goods unless such advice is confirmed in writing by Playmini Ltd

Playmini Ltd is the owner of the copyright in the website and no part of the website may be reproduced in any material form. This includes without limitation, photocopying or storing it in any medium by electronic means without the written consent and permission of Playmini Ltd

All information, details, photographs and illustrations in the website have been carefully prepared to avoid error but the accuracy of such information is not warranted and such information, details, photographs and illustration do not form part of this contract. The seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any errors, omissions or typographical errors in the website.

VAT

All Products for sale are advertised with VAT included prices.

GOODS RETURNED

PLaymini Ltd will give a full refund excluding carriage on items returned to us, at Units 13 & 14 Faygate Business Centre, Faygate, West Sussex, RH12 4DN, within seven days of delivery of the goods to the purchaser, subject to the following conditions:

Playmini Ltd did not order the goods specially on the customer’s behalf.

The goods are not damaged in anyway and are returned in the condition and packaging they were sold in.

The goods have not been fitted to a vehicle or modified in any way.

All carriage costs relating to returned products are the purchaser’s responsibility and are to be borne by the customer.

LIABILITY

Subject to the conditions set out below Playmini Ltd warranty that the goods will correspond within normal limits of industrial quality, or within our specification and at the time of delivery will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the goods to the purchaser.

Playmini Ltd shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from neglect, fair wear and tear, misuse or improper alteration or repair of the goods, failure to follow Playmini Ltd’s instructions

Where any valid claim in respect of any of the goods which is based on a breach of the warranty referred to above is notified to Playmini Ltd within the warranty period set out in the condition above, Playmini Ltd shall be entitled to replace or repair the goods, or the part in question, free of charge or, at Playmini Ltd’s discretion, refund to the buyer the price of the goods, or a proportionate part of the price.

Except as expressly provided for in this contract and subject to the requirements of the Unfair Contract Term Acts 1977, Playmini Ltd makes no warranties whatsoever expressed or implied, oral or written to the buyer for:

Consequential or indirect loss or damage, including loss of profit, however arising,

Sums in excess of the price of the goods to which the claim relates,

Any labour charges incurred by the buyer relating to the removal and refitting of the original goods or replacement goods,

Any Competition or modification parts after those parts have been fitted.

Competition or modification parts are defined as those parts which change the performance of the standard vehicle from the original manufactured production part.

Competition or modification parts are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects and workmanship at the time of sale and should therefore be carefully inspected before they are fitted.

If any provision of these terms and conditions or any part thereof is held by any responsible and competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby. The contract will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Any reference to O.E (original equipment) part numbers, manufacturers names, photographs or any other company literature is purely for reference purposes and does not imply that the component has been produced by the vehicle manufacturer or his supplier.

Where possible goods are sent by DPD courier and are covered by limited insurance, all jiffy bags and posted items are sent via standard mail and have no insurance which means in the event of a non delivery that no refund will be made. You can upgrade to an insured service by contacting us prior to completing payment of your order.

It is our intention that our policy is one of continual improvement. We reserve the right to make alterations without notice. E&O.E.
